On the way to the retreat on Palomar Mountain, we ran into some snow in Julian. After a nice and cold snow ball fight, we headed into town for some apple pie.
On the way, Famo and Faduma saw landscapes that reminded them of Kenya [see photo], and some YACers enjoyed their first experience in the snow.
Once at the cabin, YACers renewed their committment to the YAC and discussed the Spring workshops. A YAC election was held and Milano was voted in as Chairperson and Amed as Secretary.
